If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Custom, personalised, or commissioned pieces are non-refundable unless faulty.

Refunds will be processed once returned items have been received and inspected.
